The Unite for HER Wellness Programs educate breast and ovarian cancer patients about integrative cancer care and provide them with access to integrative resources at no personal cost. Unite for HER offers two types of Wellness Programs: the Wellness Passport and the Wellness Survivorship Program.
Each program provides resources and education to build an individual care plan and learn how to utilize services to fit their needs, as well as giving access to our ongoing educational series and events – exclusively available through Unite for HER. Patients who qualify will receive a HER Care Box, filled with educational resources, and safe home and beauty products.
To be considered for a Wellness Program and receive application information, please inquire using the email address below. Unite for HER reviews all applications as they are received to determine which program each applicant qualifies for. Applicants will receive email communication letting them know the status of their application and which program they are able to participate in.
