Unite for HER (Help, Empower, Restore) supports women, Transgender men and nonbinary individuals affected by breast and ovarian cancers.Wellness Programs educate patients about integrative cancer care and provide them with access to integrative resources at no personal cost. Unite for HER offers three types of Programs: the Wellness Passport, Extended Wellness Passport, and Empowered Living Program.
Each program provides resources and education to build an individual care plan and learn how to utilize services to fit their needs, as well as giving access to our ongoing educational series and events – exclusively available through Unite for HER. Patients who qualify will receive a HER Care Box, filled with educational resources, and safe home and beauty products.
Applicants are required to provide diagnosis, Date of diagnosis, and address.
For an inquiry please email the address below. Unite for HER reviews all applications as they are received to determine which program each applicant qualifies for. Applicants will receive email communication letting them know the status of their application and which program they are able to participate in.
