“The American Cancer Society, in a cooperative effort with hotels across the country, provides overnight accommodations to cancer patients who must travel for outpatient treatment and need assistance with lodging. The program is open to cancer patients of all ages, including pediatric patients accompanied by a parent, and patients traveling with children. All accommodations are provided based on eligibility requirements and are subject to availability and to restrictions imposed by the participating hotels. Requests for lodging are met on a first-come, first-served basis.”

Hotel Keys of Hope-Extended Stay America

Extended Stay America created Hotel Keys of Hope program to support the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge program, forever changing the lives of those in need of lifesaving cancer treatments away from home. The Hotel Keys of Hope program has pledged to increase the donation of free or deeply discounted rooms so that cancer patients and their caregivers can save on lodging costs and get access to potentially lifesaving cancer treatment.

Airbnb Open Home Medical Stays Program

Through this collaboration, the Airbnb community will provide free housing for cancer patients and caregivers, provided they meet certain geographic and income criteria. Airbnb is providing grant funding that will help relieve the financial burden of patients and their families in finding houses when traveling for treatment.
